Returns & Exchanges

To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied.


Please contact AIKA before returning or exchanging any items.

  • It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint,          the customer contacts AIKA and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.


Return condition for full refund

  • You have 14 days from your receiving date to return an item for a refund. Please be aware that receipt of a full refund expires after 14 days of the customer receiving the item.

  • Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unused and undamaged with all tags attached.

  • Unless arrangements are made with us, you responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

  • When we have received and approved your returned item, the delivery postage will be deducted from your refund.

  • We’ll give you a full refund of eligible returns within 30 days from our receiving date. The refund will be paid with the same payment method that you used to pay the order. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back. Please e-mail the bank information to us along with a brief description of your case.

  • All return shipments MUST be traceable via tracking number. Please make sure to include contact information with the return.

  • Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged, will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

Exchange items

  • You have 14 days to exchange an item. Return the item you have received and send us information of your preferable item via e-mail.

Returning A Parcel

  • If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the parcel 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. AIKA is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility           of the customer.

Transport Damage

  • If the item is lost upon receiving or the item has been damaged during transport. Please immediately report this to us with photo & information, and file your claim within 48 hours after receiving the item by contacting AIKA to notify us                 of the situation.

Unclaimed Parcel

  • For parcels that are not collected at your post office within 14 days. The delivery postage will be deducted from             your order refund.

  • AIKA reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

Cancel orders

  • All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as possible, if your requested item is in stock it will ship within 4 - 5 business days. If the item requested is not in stock we will notify you via email with a approximate shipping date. We understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point.

  • We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped no extra cost will be issued. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Refund Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return.
